  • Collaborate in the development of workforce plans to address future needs, skill gaps, and supply-demand challenges
  • Coordinate HR reporting, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless business operations
  • Support change initiatives aligned with the organisation's vision and strategy
  • Promote organisational behaviours to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Provide coaching and leadership support to managers and employees across departments
  • Build strong relationships while offering professional HR advice and guidance
  • Facilitate performance and salary review processes and support talent management strategies
  • Organise and execute HR projects, including scoping, planning, and stakeholder communication

About You

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations. Experience in HR business partnering within large, multi-site organisations is highly valued.

  • Demonstrate ability to lead change and deliver people strategies aligned with business goals
  • Coach and empower leaders and teams to drive performance
  • Apply strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Manage HR projects with precision and strategic focus
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline

This role requires an on-site presence across various depots and regular overnight stays in regional centres. A company vehicle will be provided.
