Scientific Laboratory Specialist

The primary function of this position is to perform standardized tasks in a laboratory setting.
This includes logging donor and patient samples into our electronic system, maintaining laboratory equipment, managing stock levels of laboratory consumables and reagents, and manufacturing laboratory solutions.
We are seeking an individual who can continually look for ways to optimize work processes, actively learning and adapting their approach to achieve great outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Logging donor and patient samples into the LIMS system
- Maintaining laboratory equipment
- Managing stock levels of laboratory consumables and reagents
- Manufacturing laboratory solutions
- Diploma in Biomedical discipline or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a laboratory environment
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
