Job Profile

The role of an Analytical Laboratory Professional involves working as a member of a scientific team, completing all required analysis in a timely manner.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Operating advanced laboratory equipment such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography-Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (GCFID/MS), Karl Fischer Titration, Dissolution Apparatus, Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR)
  • Preparing solutions, mobile phases, reagents and media needed for analysis
  • Providing thorough evaluation of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products samples based on established specifications
  • Assisting Scientists with investigations into suspected analytical laboratory testing results
  • Interpreting and applying department policies, procedures and applicable laws, regulations and guidelines
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Science or higher majoring in chemistry or any other relevant scientific discipline
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to follow established methods and procedures in strict compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent written, oral and visual communication skills
