Technical Applications Specialist Job Description

   We are seeking a skilled Technical Applications Specialist to join our team. As part of this role, you will provide outstanding customer support for laboratory equipment and collaborate closely with commercial teams to develop training resources.

   Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional pre-sales and post-sales technical support, collaborating with the commercial team to support opportunity conversion, and providing comprehensive product training for colleagues.

   To be successful in this role, you should possess a customer-facing personality, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in English (oral and written).

Job Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in a scientific discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of industry or related work experience
  • 1+ year of working with Thermo Fisher's laboratory products preferred
