About our Client
Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join their team.
Our client is a well-regarded property development and construction company specialising in mixed-use, residential, RSL, and hotel developments.
The successful candidate will contribute to contract administration, procurement, costing, and financial reporting for our projects.
- Preparing tender documentation for trade packages.
- Coordinating with tenderers.
- Supporting the preparation of scopes and negotiation of subcontracts.
- Assisting with document control alongside the design team.
- Helping to administer head contract and subcontractor progress claims.
- Assisting in the preparation and response to head contract and subcontract variations.
- Setting up and maintaining project control registers.
- Aiding in authority applications and liaising with relevant authorities.
- Contributing to the preparation of monthly cost reports and fulfilling other head contract obligations.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with contract administration.
- Solid understanding of construction practices, methods, and materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
