
Digital Partnership Growth Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a digital partner strategy to drive revenue growth, manage and influence positive business outcomes for our customers and partners. They will have shared ownership of sustainable growth for assigned partnerships, including lead development, maturing and advancing qualified opportunities.
As a Subject Matter Expert, they will act as a liaison between Iron Mountain Sales and Partner teams, coordinating sales activities and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning technologies, with a proven track record of success in partner sales and marketing.
The Partner Development Manager will work closely with the Digital Business Unit's sales teams to identify new revenue opportunities and leverage partner incentive programs to accelerate existing opportunities.
