Structural Engineer Associate Director Job Description

As a Structural Engineer Associate Director, you will lead the development of structural engineering solutions for transport structures projects in Victoria. Your expertise and technical leadership skills will be pivotal in delivering integrated solutions that meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include leading design activities, developing design criteria, calculations, plans, and specifications, as well as managing the development of structural asset management deliverables.

Collaboration with local, national, and global teams is essential to leverage expertise and deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline and Chartered membership of Engineers Australia (Structures) and listing on the National Engineering Register.

A minimum of 20 years of structural engineering experience focused on bridges and transport structures, with strong consulting and project delivery background primarily in Melbourne and Victoria, is required.
