Leadership Opportunity in Transport Structures

This is a unique opportunity to lead design teams and manage complex projects focused on bridges and transport structures.

We are seeking a highly experienced Structural Engineer at Associate Director level to provide technical leadership within the Australian transport structures team and contribute to our global Bridges and Structures Business Class.

  • Lead, deliver, and provide specialist advice on design activities associated with transport structures such as bridges, culverts, retaining walls, gantries, and tunnels.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and direction, developing design criteria, calculations, plans, and specifications.
  • Serve as a Proof Engineer in Victoria and lead teams executing proof engineering services.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
  • Chartered membership of Engineers Australia (Structures) and listing on the National Engineering Register.
  • Registered Professional Engineer Victoria (RPEV).
  • 20+ years of structural engineering experience focused on bridges and transport structures, with strong consulting and project delivery background primarily in Melbourne and Victoria.
