Senior Structural Engineering Leadership Role

About the Role
  • Lead design, delivery, and technical reviews across major structural projects.
  • Provide high-level technical oversight on complex engineering challenges.
  • Mentor and develop senior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships; contribute to business development and project acquisition.
  • Contribute to strategy on resourcing, digital engineering, and future business growth.
About You
  • CPEng registered.
  • 15-20+ years in structural engineering with a proven record in high-value, complex building projects.
  • Strong leadership profile - guiding teams, influencing clients, and representing the business at industry level.
  • Technical expertise across design, compliance, and constructability for multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Commercial acumen: understanding of project delivery, risk management, and client engagement.
