Job Title: CUSTOM SOLUTION DESIGNER

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Custom Solution Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Dynamics 365 CRM development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement custom solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM using expertise in configuration and customization.
  • Configure and integrate Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agent.
  • Develop and deploy plug-ins.
  • Configure and customize Sales Module, Customer Support, and Field Service.
  • Design forms, workflow processes, flows, web services, plugins, canvas apps, model-driven apps, and other components needed to meet business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Development.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform and integration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • 5+ years' experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Development.
  • Ability to design and implement integrations with other systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
