**About the role**:
Join a successful branch in **Newcastle** and be part of collaborative and supportive team. You will be working closely with Account Managers, Warehousing and the Leadership team, ensuring customers are having a continuously positive experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain skills and exposure in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a variety of customers where no two days will be the same. We offer all our Customer Service Team members the opportunity to travel 'on the road' with our Regional Sales Reps from Western Australia to Tasmania and everywhere in between. This will give you the chance to connect with your customers and successfully establish their product needs.

**About your experience**:
It's important that you are a positive team player with strong problem-solving skills, customer focused and thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- 2-3 years' work experience in sales administration or customer service
- Logistics, construction or manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Ability to understand your customers business and offer value-based solutions
- Excellent interpersonal phone skills and ability to upsell
- Resilient and proactive approach to serving a dynamic customer base
- Display a passion for customers, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Microsoft Office, Salesforce and SAP system experience ideal
