About Our Electrical Engineering Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Design Manager to join our team in a fast-growing electrical and manufacturing solutions company.

The successful candidate will oversee the design team in a LV Manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with AU/NZ standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Electrical Engineers, Drafters and Supervisors
  • Maintain strong relationships with Management, Clients, Consultants and Contractors
  • Contribute to Senior Management Strategy and Discussions
  • Cultivate high-level technical problem-solving skills
  • Promote process improvement and minimize delays in deliverables

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LV Manufacturing with a focus on power design
  • Strong knowledge of LV power design principles and AU/NZ standards
  • Effective use of scheduling software and AutoCAD
  • Demonstrated project coordination and team management skills
