Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, and assessing learning solutions across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Complete end-to-end learning design and delivery
  • Advise on fit-for-purpose learning solutions including online, virtual and/or face-to-face learning solutions using various methodologies and authoring tools
  • Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions
  • Contribute to team success by working collaboratively with team members, sharing ideas, knowledge and experience, and seeking to learn from others.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in instructional design in a corporate environment
  • High quality interpersonal and professional communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with individuals and teams with different levels of technical knowledge
  • Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders and balancing conflicting perspectives or requirements
  • Experience administering a Learning Management System
  • Experience with authoring tools e.g. Articulate 360, Captivate, animation software
  • Ability to exercise effective perspective, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations

Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in Business, HR, Psychology, Instructional Design or equivalent

Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or working towards (highly desirable).
