Role Overview

Support the health and wellbeing of residents in a dedicated aged care setting.

Regis Aged Care facilities provide a range of services to support older adults, including residential care, home care, retirement living, day therapy and day respite centres. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity, and choice for our residents.

This role involves assisting with personal care needs and supporting residents in their daily activities, helping them live with the independence and dignity they deserve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive care that enriches residents' daily lives
  • Support residents' choices and independence
  • Deliver personalised care that meets best practice standards
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for caring for others
  • A relevant qualification - Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies
  • Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is desirable. If you're new to aged care, we can provide training to help you succeed
  • Commitment to delivering holistic care that supports residents in achieving their goals and meeting their needs
