We are seeking dedicated and skilled healthcare professionals to provide high-quality clinical care to residents in a residential aged care setting.
- In this rewarding role, you will work with a collaborative team to promote the quality of life and independence of our residents.
Must have:
- Diploma of Nursing and current registration with AHPRA.
- At least 6 months' working experience as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in clinical documentation.
About this role:
You will be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing care for residents according to nursing practices and standards. You will also mentor and guide care staff to ensure the highest level of service is provided.
A strong candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families and colleagues. They will also be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and respect for individuals.
