**About The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cafe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cafe or restaurant management, with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities will include managing a team of baristas and professionals, developing relationships with local suppliers, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that ensures the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the overall performance of the cafe, ensuring it operates at optimal levels
  • Lead a team of baristas and professionals, providing coaching and guidance as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers, securing the best possible deals and products for the business
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer feedback and concerns
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements for this role include:

  • Proven experience in cafe or restaurant management, preferably in a similar size and style establishment
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions quickly and effectively
