Job Description

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Cafe Supervisor. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy cafe, working closely with the owner to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within a high-volume hospitality environment. They will be skilled and confident in preparing high-volume specialty coffee, passionate about local produce, sustainability, and community, and organized, motivated, and able to lead by example.

As a natural mentor, you will support and nurture younger team members, helping them grow in confidence and skill. You will also oversee training, ordering, stock control, and general operations, maintaining a strong focus on local produce and sustainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
