We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Leading Store Performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing stock effectively, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating a positive store environment that fosters productivity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and promotional strategies
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Implement daily management practices to minimize stock loss and maximize sales
  • Roster staff effectively to meet trading profiles

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in retail, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to provide genuine and unique customer experiences
  • Previous experience in developing and coaching teams, with a focus on praise and improvement feedback
