We are seeking an experienced Educational Director to lead our team of Early Childhood Professionals at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educational Director, you will be responsible for leading transformative changes and championing excellence in educational practice.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. They will be responsible for collaborating with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence
- Collaborate with Educators to develop and implement educational programs
- Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content
- Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
