Clinical Educator

About the Role:
The Clinical Educator will contribute to and participate in the education of all levels of staff by being involved in our graduate nursing program, department orientation, in-servicing, and clinical competence programs.
This role will also make a valuable contribution to the hospital quality improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement education programs for nursing staff
- Contribute to the development of clinical competence programs
- Participate in department orientation and in-servicing
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to achieve education goals
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in an education role advantageous but open to training
- Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication skills and ability to effectively negotiate
- Positive role model and demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
