Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a senior project manager to oversee the delivery of healthcare fit-out projects.

This role involves managing multiple small-scale projects concurrently, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management within the fit-out or shop-fit-out sector, with a strong background in construction and design.

  • Demonstrate expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
  • Showcase skills in developing construction programs and overseeing project delivery
  • Exhibit high-level communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Minimum 7 years' experience in project management within fit-out or shop-fit-out projects as a principal contractor
  2. Proven track record in delivering rollout projects
  3. Tertiary qualification in Construction (highly regarded)
  4. Construction or shopfitting experience
  5. Experience managing multiple projects valued up to $500k
  6. Design and construct experience is advantageous
