Senior Project Manager Job

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the rollout of healthcare fit-out projects. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with our design and construction team to deliver exceptional results for clients.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing up to 8 small projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Key responsibilities include developing construction programs and overseeing project delivery, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Candidates should possess excellent planning, teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in project management within fit-out or shop-fit-out projects as a principal contractor is required.
  • Candidates should have experience delivering rollout projects, with a strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction (highly regarded) is highly desirable, demonstrating a solid foundation in construction principles.
