Healthcare Fit-Out Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our healthcare fit-out projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless collaboration with our in-house design and construction team.

- Project planning, scheduling, cost control, and budgeting
- Develop construction programs and oversee project delivery
- Provide technical expertise to clients
- Demonstrate high-level planning, teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills
- Minimum 7 years' experience in project management within fit-out or shop-fit-out projects as a principal contractor
- Experience delivering rollout projects
- Tertiary qualification in Construction (highly regarded)
- Construction or shopfitting experience
- Experience managing multiple projects valued up to $500k
- Design and construct experience is advantageous
