Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of healthcare fit-out projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with our in-house design and construction teams to ensure successful outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing small to medium-sized projects concurrently. You will be responsible for developing project plans, schedules, cost controls, and budgets, as well as providing technical expertise to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage up to 8 small projects concurrently
  • Develop project plans, schedules, cost controls, and budgets
  • Provide technical expertise to clients
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in project management within fit-out or shop-fitout projects as a principal contractor
  • Experience delivering rollout projects
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction (highly regarded)
  • Construction or shopfitting experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects valued up to $500k
