As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for project accounting within the contracts and project delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check project setups to ensure invoicing requirements are captured from the start
  • Monitor project financials to provide Project Managers with real-time visibility of project health
  • Utilize tools like Business Central, Power BI, and Excel to track and report
  • Manage project invoicing in line with contract terms
  • Support day-to-day AP/AR and data entry tasks

Requirements:

  • Certificate-level qualification in finance or solid hands-on bookkeeping-related experience
  • A background in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or receivable – ideally in a fast-paced environment such as real estate, construction, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Solid Excel skills and an interest in learning ERP systems (e.g. Business Central)
