Project Accountant Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Project Accountant to support project accounting, contracts, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Verify project setups to ensure invoicing requirements are captured from the start.
  2. Monitor project financials to provide Project Managers with real-time visibility of project health.
  3. Utilize tools like Business Central, Power BI, and Excel to track and report financial data.
  4. Manage project invoicing in accordance with contract terms.
  5. Assist with day-to-day AP/AR and data entry tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate-level qualification in finance or relevant bookkeeping experience.
  • A background in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or receivable — preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Solid Excel skills and an interest in learning ERP systems (e.g. Business Central).
