Your Role:
As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing hotel operations during the night. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff while accurately completing the night audit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily financial transactions for the hotel.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and balance all credit card and room charge transactions.
- Assist guests with inquiries and manage check-ins and check-outs as needed.
- Generate and distribute relevant reports to appropriate departments.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
- Build rapport with VIP and regular guests to anticipate their needs.
- Provide a range of guest services, including assistance with kitchen, room service, housekeeping, maintenance, reception, and reservations.
- Ensure hotel security and safety protocols are adhered to.
What We Seek:
- Previous experience in a hotel reception or front office role.
- Availability to work night shifts from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
- A confident and engaging personality.
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
- Familiarity with Opera software is a plus.
