Job Overview

As a SAP HR Payroll Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the implementation and management of SAP HR payroll solutions for clients. This position requires expertise in configuring SAP AU Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organisation Management, as well as a deep understanding of Australian legislation and Single Touch Payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including detailed designs, test cases, and run sheets.
  • Lead the support of system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and business viability testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance on IT service management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • 6-10+ years of experience in SAP HR/PY projects, with a focus on AU payroll.
  • Proven expertise in configuring SAP AU Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Organisation Management.
  • Excellent knowledge of award configurations, wage type valuations, calculation rules, and factoring.
  • Experience with Single Touch Payroll and Australian legislation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
