Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to join our team at The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hobart. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profit associated with guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and report revenue management data to identify trends, future needs, and obstacles to achieving goals.
  • Develop and recommend sales strategies for pricing of transient, wholesale, and group segments.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and effectively communicate sales strategy and pricing to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, including hotel General Managers.
  • Develop and manage internal key stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
