We're seeking a motivated Liquor Industry Professional to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a great shopping experience for customers.

About the role

As a Liquor Industry Professional, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, answering their queries, and providing recommendations on products. You will also be required to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new releases and trends in the industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming store environment
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new releases and trends
  • Engaging with customers, answering their queries, and providing recommendations on products
  • Maintaining a safe and respectful workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong passion for the liquor industry. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Additional information

This is a casual position, working varied hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. You will need to be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week.
