Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create memorable experiences
  • Advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings
  • Ensure stock is available on shelves to provide customers with the best choices
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates
  • Uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines
  • Be yourself and bring your energy to the team
About You
  • Confidently talk with customers to deliver an engaging, authentic experience
  • Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
