Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our retail operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

About You

  • You possess extensive experience in fast-paced retail environments, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • You are knowledgeable about liquor products and have a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • You hold an RSA certification or are willing to obtain one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
