We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to all client inquiries and internal communications in a professional and courteous manner, directing requests to relevant team members or departments as needed.
  • Product Recommendations: Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored product suggestions, gathering necessary information and clarifying any questions.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes to clients based on their specifications, ensuring timely and efficient communication throughout the process.
  • Pricing and Terms: Ensure pricing and terms are competitive while meeting Company profitability targets.
  • Product Research: Conduct thorough research to identify suitable products from local and overseas suppliers that meet client requirements.
  • Artwork Coordination: Assist in coordinating artwork creation and approvals with clients and designers, ensuring timely approval processes to meet project deadlines.
  • Sample Requests: Manage sample requests and shipments in accordance with Company policies and procedures, coordinating sample selection and delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Financial Administration: Liaise with the Finance team to initiate invoicing for completed projects or deliveries, providing necessary details and documentation to support accurate billing.
