Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department.

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is positive, engaging, and leaves a lasting impression. Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage with a wide range of customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by meeting and greeting customers on the driveway, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival.
  • Ensure that every Mazda experience is memorable and our customer experience is maximized.
About the Position:

This role involves problem-solving any issues or directing to the relevant person, while also making calls to ensure customers received an exceptional experience.

  • Collaborate effectively with Service Advisors and management to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:

The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of how to deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience (UCX), as well as 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in an automotive or service-oriented industry.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in addressing customer concerns and feedback.
  • Able to work well within a team and provide a warm, friendly demeanor in all interactions.
