Centre Manager - Early Childhood Education Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative leader to manage our Early Childhood Centre in Roselands, Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement centre programs, systems, and operational processes to ensure successful centre operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of reporting requirements.
  • Maintain positive relationships with centre suppliers.
  • Develop open professional relationships with families, children, and staff.
  • Provide effective support and guidance to centre staff.
  • Manage centre budget and expenditure within budget framework.
  • Ensure centre operations comply with centre policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Organise centre rosters and staffing.
  • Develop staff professionally and manage individual goals and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education with 2 years experience as Centre Director.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Exceptional knowledge and experience in leading professional staff.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
