Childcare Director Lead

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of our 60-place Early Childhood Centre in Roselands, Southwest Sydney. As Childcare Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, systems, and operational processes that ensure the successful running of the centre.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing centre programs, systems, and operational processes;
- Ensuring reporting requirements are met on time;
- Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and families;
- Providing effective support and guidance to staff members;
- Managing the centre's budget and expenditure within established guidelines;
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, legislation, and regulations;
- Organising rosters and staffing arrangements;
- Guiding staff with their professional development and performance goals;
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or related field;
- 2 years of experience as a Centre Director;
- A current First Aid Certificate;
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills;
- A solid understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations;
