Key responsibilities include:

  • Building positive relationships with families, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining open communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving

Requirements
  • A minimum ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience in the Early Childhood sector, working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
