Our Sales Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled sales representative to join our team at Regent RV Pty LTD. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of caravans to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our caravans to customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers to assist them in selecting the best option for their needs.
  • Actively research sources to develop new prospective customers and gather relevant information to determine their potential.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedite the successful resolution of customer issues and complaints.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
  • Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Meet agreed sales targets set in conjunction with the Dealer Manager.

Requirements:

  • Current Australian working rights.
  • Valid Driver's Licence.
  • Excellent customer sales and service skills.
  • Ability to identify and exceed customer expectations.
  • Possess an eye for detail and a commitment to working to a high standard of finish.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in a collaborative working environment.
  • A can-do attitude and interest in problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management, task allocation, and priority assignment skills, along with personal organisation.
