Dedicated Delivery Associate

Coles Supermarkets is a leading Australian retailer with over 800 stores across the country. Our team of dedicated professionals work together to provide exceptional customer experiences and deliver fresh produce to our customers' doors.
As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you will play a vital role in our delivery operations, ensuring that our customers receive their groceries safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for navigating through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas to deliver orders to our customers' homes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a safe driving record, and the ability to work flexibly across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will also need to be physically active, able to lift and carry groceries from the van to your delivery points.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 per hour, depending on your location and experience. In addition to a fair salary, we provide a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements, additional leave, and parental leave entitlements.
