ACM Healthcare is currently seeking multiple skilled Clinical Care Specialists to join our team of dedicated professionals working within a residential program. The role involves providing medical oversight to the program, ensuring a high delivery of clinical care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with the Clinical Lead in developing and implementing organisational policies, procedures, and workflows in the areas of medical governance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the client admission process by reviewing assessment documentation and elevating concerns to the relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Lead in completing arrival medical screenings, testing (drug and alcohol tests), charting medication, and conducting thorough risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in alignment with organisational policies.
- Identify and report risks prior to escalation, Crisis management and client support.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Current Driver License.
- Current Police Check.
Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum depending on experience. This salary range takes into account the location and industry standards for similar positions.
