Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Inventory Supervisor to oversee and manage our inventory control processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in inventory management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing inventory control procedures, conducting regular cycle counts and stocktakes, and ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of stock movements.

In addition, the Senior Inventory Supervisor will work closely with warehouse and transport teams to optimize space utilization and stock rotation, and identify inefficiencies in inventory management to implement process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of WMS and inventory tracking systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret inventory data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
