Senior Inventory Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.
- Supervise and direct a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to achieve productivity targets.
- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular audits, minimizing discrepancies and waste.
- Develop and implement effective inventory control systems for handling goods and shipping operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Lead team members through performance management and development, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, sharing operational insights with stakeholders as needed.
- At least three years' experience in warehousing or 3PL environments.
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar role.
- A current Forklift license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead by example.
