Job Description:

Elevate your career as a Senior Team Supervisor with this exciting opportunity at Brisbane Airport. You will be part of a dedicated team that ensures the smooth operation of our airline catering facility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise small teams within our Equipment and Food Cart Make-Up section (EMU)
  • Lead by example and competently perform all duties of a Catering Attendant
  • Supervise, train, and induct staff within designated work areas in all internal and external policies and procedures
  • Skilled use of large machinery
  • Implement quality control techniques and ensure customer specifications are met
  • Organize work areas to ensure productivity and performance criteria are met
  • Investigate discrepancies in stock take (inventory)

You will be working on both morning and afternoon shifts, supervising up to 20 staff members. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in a food or manufacturing environment, strong organizational and time management skills, and previous experience supervising staff.
