Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Supervisor

The role of a senior manufacturing supervisor involves overseeing the day-to-day activities within a production environment. This entails ensuring that all processes are carried out in accordance with established guidelines and protocols, while also fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration.

About The Role

This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong leadership skills and have experience working in a supervisory capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding their team members towards achieving set targets and deadlines, while also maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee the daily operations of the production floor, including the supervision of staff and monitoring of equipment performance.
  • To develop and implement strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, inventory levels and production outputs.
  • To liaise with management to ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
