In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing first contact through inbound and outbound calls. You will work closely with our medical team to book appointments, provide information on preparation and procedures, and handle billing and invoicing. Your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality will ensure that our patients feel valued and supported throughout their experience.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients over the phone and via email
* Managing patient appointments, including booking, cancelling, and rescheduling
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to queries, and resolving issues
* Working collaboratively with the medical team to ensure seamless communication and high-quality care
