About Our Workshop Technician Role

We're looking for a skilled Workshop Technician to join our team at Falls Creek. As a community of adventurers and discoverers, we strive to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests and employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our tuning workshop, performing a wide range of services including waxing, repairs, binding mounts and base and edge tuning.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with our rental team to keep our equipment fleet in good working order and extend its lifespan.
  • Liaise with guests on workshop services and provide them with accurate advice on the necessary work required.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and safe workshop environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • Previous experience as a technician in a ski and/or snowboard workshop is essential.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with guests.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in operating relevant software.
