Rental Assistant Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage equipment bookings and liaise with producers, photographers, and DPs on equipment lists and budgets.
  • Update the booking calendar and allocate stock.
  • Work closely with the team leads and technicians to deliver equipment at a high standard and in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for registering new clients, quoting on equipment, invoicing, taking payment, scheduling deliveries, and cross hires.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Administration - experience in customer service or administration is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and enjoys team-environments.
  • Empathetic and good communicator.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
