Rental Fleet Agent Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Rental Fleet Agent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

The Rental Fleet Agent will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of vehicle maintenance, ensuring that all campervans are available at all times and in good condition. The role involves inspecting vehicles, diagnosing problems, performing repairs and maintenance, and coordinating with external partners and regional teams.

As part of the local team, the Rental Fleet Agent will also assist with daily operations, including preparing vehicles and equipment for customers, handling incoming reservations, and maintaining depot equipment and spare parts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics technical, or a similar program in the automotive industry
  • At least 1+ years of experience with hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs - experience in campervans is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License
