Job Title: Service Delivery Lead

We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to assume the leadership role of our Psychosocial Service Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, experience in managing large teams and effective stakeholder engagement.

The team provides a responsive service to individuals with psychosocial disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). As the Service Delivery Lead, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services, including operational staff, client intake, finance, quality assurance and business strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to leverage their expertise in team management, external stakeholder engagement and quality assurance to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in peer work or mental health (Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or Certificate IV in Mental Health)
  • Proven experience in managing large teams, including rostering, allocation and coordination of supports for NDIS participants
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship building to support business development and growth
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of service delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to the Service Delivery Team, promoting continuous learning and improvement
  • Maintain high-quality management systems, adhering to continuous improvement commitments
