Overview Reporting to the Senior Vice President – Asia Pacific, the Director Service Delivery, Asia Pacific will have a dual responsibility: to lead the delivery team and ensure that the process from commencement of delivery of projects through implementation, testing and support is seamless and of 'best practise' standard.
The team should practise proven implementation, development and consulting methodologies and technologies.
Your efforts will result in customers utilising Hexagon's solutions to achieve their business objectives with delivery on time, on budget and at the required level of quality.
You will be a key conduit between the business and service delivery teams, interacting with other teams in the organisation to continuously achieve the planned business outcomes.
The individual in this role must have a strong background in strategy and planning, be experienced in leading programs of work and service delivery teams, and drive and define technology and operational standards across the delivery organisation.
It is also your responsibility for the approval, maintenance and compliance with the Information Security Management System for the renewal of ISO:27001 certification and other security audits.
You will be viewed as a trusted advisor and leader, directing and mentoring, recruiting, counselling and competency development across your teams, while advising and governing to ensure standards are understood and evolved.
